Title: Veritas Cluster Server Expert



NEED A VERITAS CLUSTERING EXPERT WHO CAN DESIGN, ARCHITECT AND IMPLEMENT.....

This position is for a high availability systems administrator with expert knowledge in Veritas cluster technologies primarily on Solaris platforms. Familiarity with IBM HACMP clusters is also desirable.



Add services to cluster control on Veritas and HACMP clusters.
Perform cluster service and failover validations.
Experience supporting VCS for High Availability servers
Experience configuring and implementing Veritas Cluster Server in a SUN Solaris environment
Been responsible for writing custom agents for VCS.
Installs and administers new and existing Sun Solaris, IBM AIX, HP HP-UX, Redhat Linux and SUSE Linux servers, including Veritas Cluster and HACMP Cluster servers.


Basic Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
5 or more years of technical experiences in a Veritas Cluster Server environment
Experience working with highly complex systems administration, database administration, and landscape maintenance
3+ years experience setting up and administering with Veritas Cluster servers on the Solaris operating system
Familiarity with IBM HACMP Cluster servers
